Do you own an Air Fryer?  We love our Air Fryer, it sits on our kitchen counter, because we use it daily.  

My favorite Keto things to make in the Air Fryer are Chicken Wings, Bacon, Meatballs, and now our very own Keto Tortilla Chips.

Using low carb tortillas you can make your own tortilla chips for chips and salsa and/or chips and guacamole!

We used the NEW Mr. Tortilla 1 Carb Tortillas in the air fryer. They are easy to make and the best part is they are low carb!!!! Perfect for a keto eating lifestyle!

What you need:
Low Carb Tortillas (Mr. Tortilla 1 Carb Tortillas Preferred) Olive Oil Spray or the oil of your choice that you can brush or spray on the tortillas.
Sea Salt

Directions:
Cut the low carb tortillas into triangles (chip shape, you could do strips for soups)
Lay out on a cookie sheet or drying rack.
Spray with oil of your choice.
Sprinkle on sea salt.
Preheat your air fryer.
Arrange in Air Fryer.
Cook at 350 Degrees for 5 Minutes.
I flipped at the 5 minute mark and cooked for an additional 1 minute. Depending how you like your chips and how hot your air fryer is you may need to adjust the time. Keep an eye on them.







Enjoy with salsa or guacamole! These would also be great in strips for soups and salads. These are perfect when you are craving that crunch.
