I am all about easy recipes!  Making candy bark in your crock pot is super simple.  You just toss everything in the crock pot, let it melt and then pour it onto a cookie sheet to cool, easy peasy.

The one thing I love about making your own candy bark is you can change it up with sprinkles and candies depending on the season.  Since Valentines is around the corner I thought I'd share this fun and festive Valentines White Chocolate Pretzel Bark.   This was super easy to make, and a fun festive sweet treat.

What you need:
12 oz Bag of White Chocolate Chips
1 pound of melting White Chocolate
1 Baking Bar of White Chocolate
1 Cup of Oreo Cookies broken into pieces
2 Cups of broken pieces of pretzels.
1 Cup of Sprinkles or Valentines Candy Corn
Parchment paper or Silicone mat

Place all the chocolate in the crock pot and set it on low.
Let the chocolate melt about 1 hour.
Stir the chocolate half way through at 30 minutes.

Once the chocolate is melted  mix in the cookie pieces, sprinkles or candy corn and pretzel pieces.  Stir and coat the ingredients and pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Once spread out onto the cookie sheet you can add some more pretzels, cookie pieces and sprinkles on top and let it set, about one hour.  Once cooled and firm, break apart into triangle pieces.  These would make a cute gift for a teacher placed in a mason jar.
