The merchants & vendors provide safe Trick-or-Treating on Vernon Street together with fantastic attractions for the whole family. Kid-Friendly Haunted House is always a huge hit along with the numerous carnival games that stay busy all night long. There is also a Costume Contest for kids of all ages.

10th Anniversary of Trick or Treat on Sutter Street Kids Halloween Costume Contest at Folsom's Outdoor Theater in Folsom.
Six different age groups for the children. All contestants will receive a medallion for participating. A panel of judges will select a winner for the most outstanding girl and boy costume in each age groups. The winner will be awarded a trophy.
