 I can't do a donut post without talking about the GIANT donuts at Lard Lad Donuts located at Universal Studios! They were super yummy and definitely fun to eat! We recently visited in January. 
Did you know National Donut Day was started in 1938 to honor the Salvation Army Donut Lassies who served the sweet treats to the soldiers in World War I. The holiday is traditionally celebrated on the first Friday in June.
