Disclosure: This is a sponsored post in partnership with The Placer County Healthy Brain Initiative. Although our family partakes in sponsored posts, I always share about things that are near and dear to my heart and benefit our community.

June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. One thing I know for sure is when you are experiencing a health issue, or have a loved one facing a health issue, you need all the support you can get.  I frequently encourage people to ask for help! There is strength in community, from reaching your goals to health battles it is essential that we remind each other, "you are not alone".  If you are a Placer County Resident there is a Placer County Healthy Brain Initiative with a ton of tools and resources just for YOU!

The Placer County Healthy Brain Initiative will ensure that all residents with dementia, related cognitive impairments, and their caregivers have access to the necessary supports and resources so they may remain independent and fulfilled in their community.

Please share this post with friends and family and help spread awareness of the support that is available.  Visit the Placer County website and you will find links to articles, contacts and phone numbers to help support you and those you love. Here are just a few of the many topics: Getting Help with Alzheimer's Caregiving, Family Approach to Caregiving, Resources for Caregivers, Placer County Care Partner Support Groups, Caregiver Wellness Tips and so much more.

You'll find a social media post that is easy to share on our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.  Thank you for your support, I sincerely appreciate every like, comment and share!
