I am looking forward to attending the Newsies show at the Roseville Theatre Arts Academy next week we have friends who are in the show.  I will share a review of the show after we attend.  Tickets are very affordable at $13, this would be a great show to take the entire family to.

 I love Broadway musicals, I love to support our local arts and this is a great way to introduce the arts to your children as well as enjoy for a Date Night or friends night out.  

 Based on the 1992 motion picture and inspired by a true story, Newsies features a Tony Award-winning score by Alan Menken (Little Shop of Horrors, Sister Act) and Jack Feldman and a book by Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein (Kinky Boots). Featuring the now-classic songs “Carrying the Banner,” “Seize the Day,” and “Santa Fe,” Newsies is packed with non-stop thrills and a timeless message, perfect for the whole family and every audience.
