I frequent the grocery store often and as a busy mom with four children I am always looking for ways to save TIME and money, I can use all the help I can get.  I am so excited to share with you about Lucky California's NEW ClickCart online ordering service. 
The Save Mart Companies is launching their all NEW online shopping platform, "ClickCart", in select stores this year. The service is now available in their Modesto Save Mart, Livermore's Lucky and now the new Lucky California in Dublin which is located in the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center (2840 Dublin Blvd., Dublin, CA). 
“ClickCart allows families with limited free time to order online in the convenience of their own home or on the go and pick-up curbside,” expressed Kim Musgrave, Director of Digital & Loyalty Marketing and working mom. “We may not be the first grocer to offer online shopping, but we took the time to make sure our service reflected our shopper’s needs.”
I personally tried the NEW ClickCart experience this week and I LOVED it!  ClickCart was super easy to use, both on the Mobile App and from a computer.  It was so nice to grocery shop from the convenience of my home.  
Once I completed my online shopping experience, I continued to 'check out' where I was able to select my desired time slot for pick up. You can pay right online or select to pay in store.  I scheduled my groceries for next day pick up.  I received an e-mail confirmation of my order and the next morning received an e-mail notification when my order was ready to pick up.  
I was actually running a little late the day of my pick up and a very friendly store associate called me on my phone, reminding me of my order and checking to see if I needed to add anything else to my order that I may have forgotten.  
As soon as I was in the store the ClickCart Counter was easy to find and I was greeted by Cindi, the store associate who had called me on the phone.  She had all my groceries loaded in a cart all ready to go, she pulled a couple bags from the refrigerated cooler which is next to the ClickCart counter with the cold items I had purchased. They have a cooler and a freezer right there and will pull any hot food items like a rotisserie chicken for you when you arrive.
I received a cute gift bag, a 'ClickCart' pen as well as a $10 off coupon to use on my next purchase.  

I was really impressed with my ClickCart experience at Lucky California (2840 Dublin Blvd.). It was simple to use, I appreciated that they have a designated store associate your own "personal shopper" for this online service and I love the excellent customer service I received.  What an added bonus that they would be happy to grab anything else from the store I needed.  Do you know how many times I forget that "one" thing?  I loved that all my groceries were loaded in a cart and ready to go.  My personal shopper Cindi let me know you can call a special number and let them know you've arrived for curbside service. Do you know how many times I've had a napping child in the car and wished that was available?  
As a busy mom, I really appreciate the convenience of shopping online and scheduling my pick up ahead of time.  Not only was this a time saver, but a money saver too.  If my kids go into the grocery store with me, there are always "extra" things that make it in the cart that were definitely not on the list.  
If you work full time this option is nice because you can shop on your lunch break from your phone, then just swing by the store on your way home and your groceries are bagged and ready to go.  I don't know about you, but anytime I go to the grocery store it takes me at least one hour, no matter how quick I try to make it.  Using ClickCart, I was in and out of the store in no time.

I have used two other grocery home delivery services, I haven't tried any other grocery store pick up services.  I must say this was the best experience.  With the other two grocery delivery services I tried, both required a minimum order, both charged a fee that was more than $5 and I had missing items. I really appreciated there was no 'required minimum order' and there was no fee.  Although there may be a $5 fee in the future, I think that is totally reasonable, to save me at least an hour in the store.  Also, my total was less than what was quoted online, because of sales and digital coupons.  The total price will never be more than what you are quoted but many times it could up being less, that's a WIN!!! 
Click Cart is one more component of the Save Smart and Lucky You rewards programs. All in-store and online savings—coupons, points, rewards, eScrip—are available through the app or online.  Each store will have a personal shopper that hand selects each order that presents to the shopper. For a limited time, the service fee will be waived and thereafter will beat the competition at only $5 per order.
