I love the Sacramento County Fair, there are a ton of your favorite fair foods, rides, and shows.  The Sacramento County Fair is very family friendly and affordable.  The Fair will take place at the Cal Expo Fairgrounds.  Every day is KIDS day at the Sacramento County Fair as kids 12-and-under are FREE, and adult admission is only $8.00! Military Day is May 27th (all military free with valid ID).  Join over 100,000 guests and experience more than 30 carnival rides, dozens of free exhibits, musical guests, and activities all Memorial Day Weekend.  Below are just a few of the events you will find at the Sacramento County Fair.

For the third year in a row, the 2019 Sacramento County Fair will feature the one and only Ramos Bros. Circus. Fair attendees will have the opportunity to experience the ‘Big Top’ with three live shows each day. The two-hour performance is sure to keep everyone on the edge of their seats with wire acts, contortionists, motorcycle dare devils, jugglers, and best of all, aerial acrobatics! The Ramos Bros. Circus is a blend of traditional and contemporary circus, bringing amazement and laughter to all who attend. Featuring 12 performers and a super-cute group of beautiful and talented poodles that are known to steal the show, the Ramos Bros. Circus delivers non-stop family fun to everyone under the Big Top.
Show times will be at 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. each day of the fair. Attendance is FREE with fair admission. Tickets for the Fair and Grandstand events will be available for purchase online at www.sacfair.com or at the Sacramento County Fair office.

You can feel the rumblings of the Toughest Monster Truck Tour making its way to the Sacramento County Fairgrounds. On Friday, May 24th at 7 p.m., some of California’s quickest Pro-Arena Trucks will take over the Grand Stand to give fairgoers a non-stop thrill ride. That's right, real, full-sized 1,500 horsepower monster trucks are back at the Sacramento County Fair!
Guests will get the chance to meet the drivers, get autographs, take photos, and even touch the trucks during the Pit Party from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.! The Pit Party is FREE with event admission. Tickets for the Fair and Grandstand events will be available for purchase online at www.sacfair.com or at the Sacramento County Fair office.

PJ Masks will be here!  PJ Masks is a superhero show for preschoolers. The heroes are 6-year-old children Connor, Amaya and Greg. Each gains a special animal power and transforms into Catboy, Owelette and Gekko when they put their pajamas on. As each episode unfolds there are a range of ethical and relational dilemmas the characters navigate and solve to the delight of over 1.6 million Disney Junior TV viewers.

This Memorial Day, May 27, 2019, the Sacramento County Fair is hosting a special appearance for PJ Masks’ Northern California friends. At the Fair, the PJ Masks heroes will pose with children and families and give out Super Hugs. “These mystery-solving superheroes encourage children to spark their curiosity and inspire imaginative play and teamwork along the way,” said Pamela Fyock, chief executive officer of the Sacramento County Fair.

To memorialize and share the meet and greet with friends and family, the Fair will have a professional photographer on hand to capture the moment and make photos available for a small fee. The 30-minute meet and greet sessions at the Sacramento County Fair are Monday, May 27, 2019 at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. and are included with Fair admission.
