Looking for Halloween fun for the family? Check out these local events below.  Trunk or Treat Events are one of my favorite because you are in one location usually hosted at a church or school parking lot.  Everyone decorates the trunk of their vehicle in a theme and they hand out candy, many have carnival style games you can read more about Trunk or Treats here.
In years past we have celebrated Halloween at our local skating rink and our local John's Incredible Pizza, those were fun too.  Although I went trick or treating as a kid, I have not taken my kids door to door trick or treating, we usually attend community events.  I love the sense of community, and safety at Harvest Festivals and community events.
Many times events store a couple of weeks before Halloween and you can attend more than one.  This year we are going to the Fairy Tale Town's 33rd Annual Safe & Super Halloween in Oz, read about that here.
