Happy October! I recently shared a list of local pumpkin patches for your family to enjoy this Fall, now here is a list of all kinds of events, some are free, some are ticketed events with a fee.
October sure is a month full of family-friendly fun throughout all of Sacramento. From Carnivals, Trunk-or-Treats to Movie Nights and more, be sure to mark your calendars because from the beginning of the month all the way till the end there is fun to be found.
DOCO Carnival Block Party

Thursday night movies at the Old Sacramento River Front, located at Old Sacrament State Historic Park at 111 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. This is a ticketed event, tickets are $10 per person, if you purchase four or more tickets you receive a Sac Branded Picnic Blanket.

Trick or Treat at Sacramento Children's Museum

Join in a fun hour of trick-or-treating featuring candy stations, outside play, art activities and more. There will be a 10 AM session and 11 AM session. This event is free but welcoming donations of new or gently used children's books.
