 I love to have bars for when I need a quick meal on the go or a sweet treat.  These bars come in handy on those early Soccer Saturday mornings when I don't have time to make breakfast.  My husband loves having the Ketofit Bars while he is at work.  You can blend these bars in your coffee as well.  
When I have a sweet craving these are my go to bars.  I took a close up of the Ketofit bar to showcase the chunks of chocolate you will find throughout the bars.
