This quaint area offers a lot of potential for wedding photographs. The horse-drawn carriages, train station, storefronts, and waterfront are all prime photo opportunities. It is a bit of a tourist destination, so be sure to keep this in mind if you are looking for something that will come across a bit more serene. However, you can't beat this location when it comes to rustic charm.
McKinley Park Rose Garden | 33rd and H Street, Sacramento, CA 95816
This rose garden located on the east side of Sacramento is filled with different varieties of vibrant blooming flowers. If you really love it, it is worthy to note that you can also rent it out for a small wedding ceremony. The natural beauty gives this location a tranquil feeling that is sure to translate into your photographs. The roses usually bloom from March to May.

WPA Rock Garden | 15th Avenue off of Land Park Drive, Sacramento, CA 95818
Located conveniently inside William Land Park, this is a great local option! While this garden might seem small as you're approaching it, you will be surprised at everything that is inside including all of the walking paths. The collection of native plants bring hummingbirds and butterflies, and the interesting stone structures would be very fitting for your engagement or wedding photographs.

Tower Bridge | 100 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814
If you love the city, why not represent it in your engagement or wedding photographs? The Tower Bridge is beautiful and an iconic landmark? This yellow bridge located downtown has been the backdrop for countless wedding and engagement photos in Sacramento, and for good reason. It is an official historic landmark that connects West and Old Sacramento, right near Raley Field.
