Las Vegas is probably not what comes to mind when you think of a family place to travel with young kids. My husband and I had not visited Las Vegas, Nevada in over ten years for vacation, he has been for work trade shows. While working, he isn't able to take in the touristy spots. Las Vegas who used to be known for "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" which by the way if you did not know has been modified to "what happens here, only happens here." This new slogan was run in an ad during the 2020 Super Bowl, it focused on the "experiences" you can only have in Las Vegas, which I think is a good move to market to families, but one that will take time to really become the new slogan.

On our recent quick weekend trip to Las Vegas, we had the best time. While this trip was without our kiddos, we took plenty of notes of what to do on our next visit with them.  I will say that Fall, Winter, and or Spring is the best time to visit when it is not too hot.  I think the last time we visited Las Vegas as a couple we went in May and I still remember how HOT it was. This blog post is packed with over 20+ things you can do in Las Vegas with your family on your next visit.

Las Vegas really is a great place to visit for a show and or concert, they really do have an ever-changing lineup, of great artists from comedians, singers, dancers, you can pretty much find any style of performers in Las Vegas.  While many people connect Las Vegas to casinos and party life, there is actually quite a bit more to Las Vegas. You will find Allegiant Stadium home of the Las Vegas Raiders, as well as the T-Mobile Arena.  We would love to go back for a Hockey game at the T-Mobile Arena.

If you enjoy the vibe of "city" life, the hustle and bustle of people, Las Vegas definitely has that.  I for one love visiting New York City, San Francisco, and Las Vegas for this very reason.  I love the city lights and how everything is nearby, great for walking.

I could spend all day touring the hotels along the Las Vegas Strip, they are each so unique.  The architecture alone, and the lobby displays are amazing.  They each have a variety of shops, restaurants and many of them have FREE shows.

If you live in California Las Vegas is a more economical choice for travel over New York City. You can soak up all the New York Vibes from the Hotel New York, New York in a budget-friendly way.  You will spot a Las Vegas version of the Statue of Liberty and so much more.

One thing for sure, be prepared to do a lot of walking.  On one of the days of our recent trip, we walked over 38,000 steps! I think that is even more walking than when we go to Disneyland.  I sure was grateful I had just bought a new pair of tennis shoes.

If you are traveling with kids I would recommend a stay or at least a visit to Circus Circus.  Circus Circus definitely needs a complete remodel and update.  It is a very old hotel and casino, but it is super family-friendly.  They have an Adventure Dome area, that has a ton of arcade games and large roller coasters.  They have a great swimming area complete with slides your kiddos will love.

Las Vegas, Nevada is so much more than just the Las Vegas strip.  Hoover Dam is quite the sight to see and totally worth the drive. Touring the Hoover Dam and reading all about it, was really fascinating and the views are breathtaking. Pictures do not do the Hoover Dam justice at all. You get to cross over to state lines of Nevada and Arizona, I had texted a friend we have that lives in Arizona a picture of us with the "Welcome to Arizona" sign, while we were there.  Not really near them, but still in Arizona.

The Seven Magic Mountains was the main reason I have been wanting to go to Las Vegas.  I have heard online that they are taking them down this year, not sure if that is necessarily true, but this is a fun, unique stop to make while in Las Vegas and definitely the place for the perfect Instagram photo. These large painted boulders are really a work of art.

The Downtown Container Park is super family-friendly.  They use the metal shipping containers as shops and a playground for kids.  There are a ton of shops to look through, and they have a stage with musical guests.  We just sat and enjoyed the music, people dancing, kids playing with Legos, and laughing as they ran through the Treehouse playground.  Out front, there is a HUGE praying mantis that shoots fire out of its antenna.  It actually puts on a show with themed music and is pretty cool.  You can find the Downtown Container Park near Freemont Street in Downtown Las Vegas, not on the strip.

The M&M Store on the strip is four stories high and filled with all things M&M's, from M&M Apparel, Kitchen gadgets, home décor, a decked-out replica of an M&M branded NASCAR and all kinds of unique M&M's flavors. It really is a fun store with so much to take in.

The Coke Store, I am a huge Coke Zero fan, other than coffee and water, Coke Zero is my go-to drink of choice.  Just like the M&M store, there is every product under the sun, but with Coke branding.  Pretty great marketing idea, by the way, I take my hat off to them.  Brilliant idea, to have people come buy your branded merchandise and be a walking advertisement for you.  More than Coke Merch, they also had a drink station, where you can try different flavors of Coke from all around the world.  Pretty cool, my boys would definitely want to do this.

The Marvel Avenger's Stations at Treasure Island, again this would be on our kiddo's must-see list.  If you are a Marvel fan, this is a definite must-see. You get to experience and learn the history of your favorite Marvel heroes.

There are FREE must-see attractions like the Bellagio Water Fountains, the Botanical Garden inside the Bellagio, The Mirage Volcano (The Volcano show is every hour 7 PM to 11 PM), the Eifel Tower Experience and, more. The Bellagio Water Fountains are beautiful to see at night.  They have this water show every 30 minutes in the earlier hours and every 15 minutes after 8 PM.  The water dances to the music.  Depends on the day you go, but Monday through Friday they start at 3PM to 8 PM every thirty minutes and then every 15 minutes 8 PM to midnight.  Weekend hours start earlier around noon and go till midnight.

The Botanical Garden inside the Bellagio is open 24 hours a day and it is free to walk through.  There are many scenes made out of flowers, plants, and all things botanical, it changes depending on the season.  When we visited, it had this Tree Trunk you could walk through, the cutest little fox, and there was just so much to take in, pretty cool.

The Shark Reef Aquarium in Mandalay Bay.  They have a view, dive, and feed experiences.  See more than 2,000 animals, including sharks, giant rays, endangered green sea turtles, piranha, and a Komodo dragon. This unique exhibit gives you the chance to dive with a higher concentration of exotic sharks than you'd ever find in the wild.

You can ride in a Gondola at the Venetian, you can enjoy a meal at one of the many eatery's and watch the Gondola's go through the Hotel, listen to the gondolier's sing in Italian.

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum is on your way inside to the Venetian.  We have gone to the Wax Museum in San Francisco and Los Angeles and it is always great family fun.

Ride the High Roller Observation Wheel at the Linq, soar 550 above the center of the Las Vegas Strip.

Miracle Mile Shops is on the Las Vegas Strip and it is basically a Mall.  Tons of shops and restaurants.  Inside there is an indoor rainstorm that happens, we attempted to wait for the show and then ended up moving on.

Ride a seated Zip Line at the Rio.  This is one zip line I would do because you are seated in a seat.  We did not have time to squeeze this in on this trip but adding it to our to-do list for next time.

Freemont Street also has a zip line called Slotzilla that goes underneath this massive LED screen, it is pretty cool.  If you are going to Freemont Street, I would recommend going earlier in the day or early evening hours, as the later you go, the party crowd is out.  There are also music artists that perform here, it is like attending a free concert.

There is also a Pinball Museum and a Neon Sign Museum, we have not yet been to these, but I have heard from friends, both these places are fun.

The Worlds Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, made famous by the Pawn Stars TV series.  We loved watching this show and so while in Vegas we had to make a stop.  You won't spot any of the stars but you can take a photo with a cutout photo of Rick Harrison.  Rick also has a BBQ restaurant right across the parking lot. We had heard it can be really busy with a line around the building, we went in the afternoon and there was no line at all.  You do check in once parked with your name and e-mail address before you enter.  There are so many fun and unique items to look at and it is quite fun listening to the customer's bargain, asking about the stars and so much more, quite entertaining all in itself. Located at 713 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Food, I don't even know where to start, you find many famous chef's restaurants here.  Some of the ones you can dine at are Gordan Ramsay has several restaurants, including famous Hell's Kitchen, Guy Fieri, Iron Chef Morimoto, Nobu Matsuhisa, Giada De Laurentiis, Wolfgang Puck, and well the list goes on.

You will also find more than famous chef's restaurants, you name it, you can find it. The best tacos at Tacos El Gordo, prepare yourself now for the long line to wait in.  Pizza galore, my favorite is Pizza Rock, but also often sought after is The Secret Pizza in The Cosmopolitan. You can enjoy Shake Shack right on the strip or visit the Hello Kitty Café.  They have a Rainforest Café which is always fun for kiddos. There are too many fabulous places to eat, no way I can list them all.

They also have The Discovery Children's Museum and Dig This, a heavy equipment playground. You can actually operate a bulldozer and a lot more equipment.

Some other beautiful sites off the Las Vegas Strip that were recommended to us, but we did not have enough time to squeeze in are the breathtaking views at the Grand Canyon and Red Rock Canyon if you like to hike.

As you can see there is a TON of family-friendly things to do in Las Vegas Nevada.  I am grateful we were able to take this trip and kind of spy out what we think our kids would really enjoy, there definitely is plenty and you probably cannot squeeze it all in one weekend, we certainly couldn't even do it all without our kiddos in tow.

While Las Vegas is well known for the night scene and nightlife, you can totally enjoy Las Vegas in a family-friendly way.  We would explain to our kids before our visit what they can expect to see, remind them to stay close and, hold hands in crowds.  Even walking down The Strip there was a ton of people and some areas can get crowded.

I hope you enjoyed all these family-friendly suggestions, Pin and save this blog post for your next Las Vegas vacation.  Thank you for reading and sharing, I appreciate your support.  As always you can find videos and more photos on my social media account.  Videos of some of these spots are on my TikTok, photos on Instagram and Facebook, be sure to connect with me there.

Hello fellow Californians, it is time for round two of a California School Sit Out!  This Monday, November 15, 2021, keep your kids home from school as an unexcused absence in protest to the COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate.  Attend the peaceful protest at the California State Capitol this Monday, there are a few Facebook Group Event Pages, click here. Governor Newsom has already announced a COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for children to attend school, there has been talk of it beginning in January 2022 and/or the next school year.  Please like and share the image below on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

I am not anti-vaccine, in fact, I after much consideration decided to get the Vaccine for myself, I talk about that on this blog post here.  As the parent of MY CHILDREN I am not ready to give my children a vaccine that has not stood the test of time. Secondly, I don't see how it is necessary.  It has been proven over this entire pandemic, that it does not affect kids as much as it has adults. Our children have been attending in person school since very early on. There has not been any mass outbreaks in schools. There have been some kids who tested positive and had to quarantine, all the kids I know who have tested positive for COVID-19 recovered without hospitalization. Our school was fortunate enough to open up when most all other schools were still doing distance learning.  I am so grateful my children only had to do distance learning for two months, they have been attending in person school since September 2020.

Bottom line, this is a FREEDOM issue, its not political, not a right issue, not a left issue.  EVERYONE should be speaking up, pushing back and holding the line.  I am sure you have experienced or know someone who is being forced to have the COVID-19 Vaccine in order to keep their job.  I am so grateful for the many nurses, pilots, military personnel who have stood for FREEDOM, thank you!

Please do not sit on the sidelines and wait for someone else to fight for your freedom.  Even if you do not have school aged children, this still impacts you.  What about the business owner whose employees will have to manage their job from home while managing distance learning with their children, this will impact everyone.  What about what this sets in motion for generations to come.

I am so grateful we were able to attend the last peaceful protest at the State Capitol.  I was so blessed with the amazing turnout.  The speakers did a fantastic job.  This was a teachable moment for our kids to get to experience, and I am so grateful we were able to attend.  There is another rally this Monday, November 15th at 10 AM, at the State Capitol, 1315 10th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Please do not come at me with "this is hurting our schools", well guess what, school boards stand up for us.  Push back with us.  Join arms with us.  I will continue to participate in this as long as necessary.  I understand it costs the schools, school funding.  I even know schools who are not for the mandate, but I also do not see them doing very much to fight for parents rights.  THANK YOU to the very few school districts who have pushed back and said they will not comply, thank you!!!!

Thank you to In-N-Out for standing for freedom of choice, we loved In-N-Out to begin with and now we love them even more.  Please frequent and support businesses who are standing for freedom.  Too many small businesses and restaurants have had to close, people's lifelong dreams ended, we need to support local businesses, we need to support our local restaurants, we need to support FREEDOM. If you have not read or heard I loved this from In-N-Out “We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government,” Arnie Wensinger, the company’s chief legal and business officer, said in a statement shared with The Washington Post. “It is unreasonable, invasive, and unsafe to force our restaurant Associates to segregate Customers into those who may be served and those who may not, whether based on the documentation they carry, or any other reason.”

Please do not let this issue separate you from your friends and family, I have witnessed the division happen first hand.  I am not against you if you want to vaccinate your children, you are their parent, that is your choice.  I am for freedom of choice. This is not about if you are Democrat or Republican, unfortunately the media and many others are using this to polarize us and bring division. There is NO perfect side to politics, Republicans are not perfect and neither are Democrats.  Unfortunately politics are ruled by power and money and guess what so is the health care system and pharmaceutical system.

Even if you want your children vaccinated, I would hope you understand the desire for freedom of choice.  Our kids school education should not be a tool to force people to comply.  It has been brought up before about other vaccines, and why is this one different.  Again because the other required school vaccinations were tested over years, over decades before they were made mandatory.  Medical freedom is essential!

After researching for myself and reading about the risk of myocarditis especially in boys, I am not comfortable having my children receive the COVID-19 vaccine, I will not comply.  I should be able to wait until I feel comfortable.  This entire situation has opened my eyes to so many mothers who have fought for medical freedom way before this.  Please forgive me for not helping, please forgive me for not writing and speaking up.  There are a ton of reasons parents have chosen not to vaccinate their children and it doesn't matter if you agree or disagree, bottom line, they are the parent, it is their choice.

I know and understand that COVID-19 is real, it is likely to become something we have to deal with like the yearly flu strain and we all have to learn to live with it.  I refuse to live in fear, life is too short and I am over it.  At the beginning of all of this we stayed home as much as possible. We went to online grocery orders, my husband stopped working at the office and worked from home, our kids did distance learning.  We wore our face masks and did all the things.  Another lie that was told, at the beginning of vaccinations... they sold a promise to get vaccinated and you will be able to go back to life as normal, you won't have to wear a face mask.  LIES, and more lies, even the vaccinated have to still wear face masks.

After being lied to, I am over it, we were lied to.  Told not to wear face masks, at the beginning told they did not help, by Dr. Anthony Fauci, but later he changed that and said he said that because they didn't want us to buy up all the face masks.  Dr. Anthony Fauci also in his own words said he "nudged" his target range for herd immunity to promote the vaccine.  I am not an expert on COVID-19, but once someone lies to you, please ask yourself what else are they lying about? Why is natural immunity not being discussed, just immediately a vaccine being forced.  Why is testing to see if you have the antibodies not being discussed more.  Why is it so expensive and not covered by insurance, but they will cover the invasive nose swab testing.  Why are the vaccine companies not to be held liable for any adverse effects.  If they believe in it so much, why aren't they willing to back it.

I could go on even about the double standards we have seen both from our Governor Gavin Newsom and many celebrities, them saying how important it is to wear our face masks, while they do not.  Them telling us to stay home and don't have get togethers with our families while they have plenty of parties and get togethers.

This is also not even a true vaccine, even while vaccinated you can still get COVID, you can still spread COVID. Even if you are pro vaccine, why are you not demanding better? Are you willing to continue to take more boosters and for how long?  Are you willing to mix and match between Pfizer, Moderna and whatever else and just be an experiment for them?

I completely agree and understand if you are immune compromised you have to be extra cautious and safe.  I understand and agree that the elderly need to take extra precautions. I understand those who are battling cancer and other serious health battles, that are doing everything they know to do to protect themselves, I get that.  I think we ALL need to use wisdom and stay home if you are sick or have even a little bit of symptoms to help stop the spread.  You should do that even with any other sickness that is contagious.  But I am not for punishing our kids and threatening to take away their in person education.  I am not for threatening to take away the careers of those who have been on the front lines of this since the beginning.  I saw an immediate improvement in my sons mental health when they returned to in person school, when sports opened back up, our kids deserve to have an in person education.

Private school parents, homeschool parents do not sit on the sidelines, this will very likely still affect you.  My children have attended private school, I have also homeschooled before and am prepared to if that is what it comes to.  I also know as a homeschool parent, especially in California if you are going through a charter, it wouldn't surprise me if they will mandate vaccines because of on-site classes, group events, etc.  Please stand up, please write and e-mail, I have a list of people you can contact on this post here.  Please join us and keep your kids home this Monday and send a clear message to Governor Newsom that we parents stand for freedom and will not comply.  Attend the rally at the Capitol if you can, numbers speak volumes.  Please do not think you can just wait until next school year, hold the line now.

Please e-mail and contact our state representatives, again I started a list on this blog post here. Thank you for your support I appreciate every follow and share on my posts you can find me on social media below:

Disclosure: It is time to get busy in the kitchen making Holiday Treats I have partnered with Walmart and OREO to share a simple recipe your family will LOVE.  I share sponsored links within this blog at no cost to you.  Even though I receive these benefits, I always give an opinion that is 100% mine. Thank you for your support by clicking these links and sharing these posts.

Okay y'all it is the season of giving and the season of holiday treats.  Head to Walmart and pick up your favorite Oreo Cookies.  This Holiday season you are going to want to make these Easy NO Bake OREO Cookie Balls. I love making sweet treats and sharing them with family and friends.  It is has become a family tradition to bake and whip up goodies with my kiddos and then gift them to others.  This is an easy way to spread joy and bring a smile to someone.

All you need for this easy recipe is three simple ingredients and sprinkles.  Add these to your cart here: bit.ly/3waAL2L

Ingredients:

Package of Oreo Cookies

8 ounce package of Cream Cheese

Chocolate chips & Sprinkles

You can change these up to make your Oreo Cookie Balls super festive with Fall themed sprinkles, Christmas themed sprinkles or any variety of sprinkles you have on hand.

Directions:

First let the cream cheese come to room temperature.

Place the OREO Cookies in your food processor or blender.  Once in crumbles, reserve a little of the OREO Cookie crumbles for topping later.

With your mixer, blend the cream cheese to make sure it is soft and creamy.

Add to the cream cheese your OREO Cookie crumbles and combine.

Use a mini ice cream scooper to to form into balls, roll in your hands and place on a lined cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Place your rolled OREO cookie balls in the freezer to chill for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Once chilled, dip in your melted chocolate chips. Then sprinkle on your festive sprinkles to bring joy in this season of giving. You have to move quickly once your chocolate is melted, dip and add your sprinkles quickly.

Tips:

I melted my chocolate chips in the microwave, you just have to be patient, and melt in 10-15 second increments, while stirring in between.  You do not want to overheat in the microwave or the chocolate will harden. Remember white chocolate chips melt much quicker, if you overheat it will become hardened and unable to use.

Because you have to move so quickly with melted chocolate, it is a huge help to have your kiddos do the sprinkles quickly.  I found that is what worked best for us.  I dipped the chilled OREO Balls into the melted chocolate, placed them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and they added the sprinkles.

In this season of giving, these sweet treats are sure to bring some joy to someone you know, check out more recipe inspiration at Walmart.com/createsharegive.

Now through the end of November you can create a recipe and share it with Walmart for a fun way to give back.  With your participation Walmart is giving back to Feeding America. Once you submit your recipe encourage your friends and family to vote for your recipe, each vote will provide 10 meals to Feeding America. You have a chance for your recipe to be featured in a Tasty Video, the most popular video will be made into a Tasty Video. You have till the end of November to create and submit a recipe by November 29, 2021 here bit.ly/3q04R7W

Looking for some meal ideas to add to your family menu plan?  I know when I menu plan, I sometimes feel I need more ideas.  Here are some recipes A to Z that I have shared on my blog over the years.  There is something about the Fall and Winter, that puts me in the cooking and baking mood. I hope you will give some of these a try and add them to your next family menu planning.

A-Avocado Egg Rolls

B-Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

I have not written a blog post on this, but basically wrap asparagus with bacon and bake, or cook in your air fryer, so delicious and Keto and Low Carb friendly!

C-Copycat Cheesecake Factory Corn Succotash this is perfect when corn on the cob is in season or if you happened to buy corn and freeze it, bright, colorful, and delicious.

Crab Cheese Wontons making these at home is a fun way to have 'take out' at home and save money by eating at home.

D-Glazed Pumpkin Donuts

Since we are in November thought I would share this recipe I found on AllRecipes for Glazed Pumpkin Donuts.  Sounds and looks delicious!

A healthier option would be deviled eggs, which I think are highly underrated.  There are a ton of ways to change up your traditional deviled egg recipe, like mixing in avocado, topping with bacon, using some cream cheese.  That is the fun part of cooking, is experimenting right!

E- Easy Egg Rolls this is a fun meal to make with your kids, my boys loved assembling and making Egg Rolls. Anytime I can get them in the kitchen helping, I try, I find they are more willing to try foods they help make.

F-for recipes and foods that start with the letter 'F' I think of Fried Chicken, Falafel, and Frittata.  Fried Chicken is a family favorite in our house by everyone except mom.  I love the fried chicken itself, it is not my favorite to make because of the mess it makes.  I don't really have a favorite fried chicken recipe, we usually keep it simple.  When making it keto friendly we use pork rinds as our fried chicken breading and basically just add grated parmesan and garlic salt.

G-Ginger Sesame Shrimp this is an easy summer favorite, summer is grilling season and we get a lot of use of our grill during the summer months.  I also love to use the indoor George Foreman Grill during the winter months to stretch out easy grilling recipes.

H-for recipes that start with the letter 'H' I am going to go with Hummus, I absolutely love Hummus, but actually have never made it at home. I have been wanting to make it and so maybe after this post I will actually attempt it.  Here is a recipe for Extra Easy Hummus, it really does look easy.

I-Ice Cream - S'mores Ice Cream

J-Jello starts with J, here are two ways we have made Jello, Patriotic Jello and a Keto friendly Strawberry Pretzel Jello Dessert

K-Keto Stuffing, with Thanksgiving right around the corner, this is a definite keeper, be sure to Pin it for later.

L- Lasagna Grilled Cheese this was a fun change up to the traditional grilled cheese and my boys loved getting in the kitchen and making these with me.

Lemon Keto Cookies these Keto friendly Lemon Cookies are so yummy and easy to make.  Share with a Keto loving friend or neighbor.

M-Meatball Subs meatballs in general are frequently requested in our house, not just for spaghetti.  My youngest son loves meatballs!  You can do meatballs all by themselves with some sides of course or do meatball subs.

N-Nachos . . . a definite crowd pleaser and can be changed up.  We love to do basic nachos, with Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce.  We also love to do BBQ Pulled Pork style nachos.  We will often use leftover taco meat and make nachos after a Taco Tuesday meal.  Nachos is another family favorite in our house. No one complains about dinner when it's Nacho Night.

O-Oatmeal Cookies, any kind, I love Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, I love a good old fashioned Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, yum!

P-I am going to link a few recipes that start with P.  First Potato Soup this is one of my favorites but since eating mostly Keto, we do not make this as often as I used to.  This is a simple meal that you can easily cook in your crockpot and also a great meal to keep if you have a crowd to feed.

Pozole - This recipe is more Keto friendly if you are trying to watch your carbs, I would go with Pozole over Potato Soup.

Pies (Mini Pies) this is another one you should Pin for Thanksgiving.

Q-For recipes that begin with the letter 'q' I immediately think of Quesadillas and Queso.  One of my sons would frequently eat quesadillas when he was younger, he would have eaten them everyday if I would let him.  Kind of like Nachos, the great thing about Quesadillas is you can change it up, with chicken, steak, to pulled pork, it is a great way to use up left over meat.

R-Riyenu this recipe was inspired by Guam, my twin sister-in-law's are from Guam and after tasting their Riyenu, I made a Keto friendly version and loved it.

S- Salsa - once you make homemade Salsa, you will never want to go back to store bought jar salsa.  You should really give this recipe a try, it is easy, simple and delicious.

T-Keto Tortilla Chips - After making homemade Salsa, you will need some chips to go with it.  Here we used Keto/Low Carb tortillas to make Keto Tortilla Chips.

U- I do not have a recipe that starts with U, but I wanted to give a shout out to the beautiful food Ube, I am sure you have seen the bright purple food in either smoothie form or some kind of ice cream form.  Ube is a purple yam from the Philippines, it is a bright purple sweet potato. Here is a recipe I found on AllRecipes.com that I would like to try Purple Yam Jam.

V-I can only think of Vegetables and Vanilla, not combined, but all things Vanilla and all things Vegetables.  My favorite vegetable is green beans and asparagus and since I already shared about Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, you guessed it I love bacon with my green beans too.

W-For the letter 'w' I think waffles, I really do not have a homemade waffle recipe, I usually use a mix from Costco and our waffle iron.  You could do Chicken and Waffles for a fun family dinner.  I also think of Watermelon, but no need for a recipe, just give me Watermelon and Tajin and I am a happy girl.

X-I don't have a recipe in mind for the letter 'x' but I do have an ingredient Xanthan Gum.  Especially on a Keto or Low Carb eating lifestyle, you have to check out Xanthan Gum.

Y-Yoda Guacamole

Z-Zuppa Toscana Keto Instant Pot Version, this is my all time favorite Instant Pot Recipe and one I will make often throughout the Fall and Winter months.  This is a MUST TRY!

I hope you will try some of these recipes I linked here, mostly I hope it helps you add to your menu planning.  I know sometimes you get in a rut and don't know what to cook, so I hope these help you and at least spur some other ideas for cooking.  Compiling these recipes and looking throughout my blog for recipes I have blogged definitely puts me in the cooking mood!
